Unable to download swf embed file

Hello
I am unable to download online swf file which is embed. When I have it from firefox it save as playershell.swf but it does not play. Please help

Where are you trying to download the SWF anyway?

Well that's just computer training audio & video. Even on menu bar option comes.
I tried firefox inbuilt feature and save flash but no use.
