Unable to restore backup

I use nokia c2-03. now i am not able to restore my backups after reinstalling mobile software from nokia care...help me to restore atleast contacts

I use nokia c2-03. now i am not able to restore my backups after reinstalling mobile software from nokia care...help me to restore atleast contacts

One think you can do. Update the backup file with new software version.
example:
----------
create backup file when software version is : C2-03.
Install new software from Nokia care -- C2-06

Now backup file created with version C2-03 can not be restored.

Change content of backup file...i.e C2-03 to C2-06.
Then try to restore...thats all..
It worked for me...
