unable to show device in PC

Hi guys
I have ant one cell phone of lenovo.
i plugged in to my laptop and laptop gave me Install option
but installation doesn't complete.
now my device is not showing in laptop.
what should I do?what you guys suggesting me?

There is no reason to 'install' anything to have the device show on your computer. Unless you are using a specific program. Which isn't really necessary.

If there is a program that was being installed, try uninstalling it and then rebooting the computer, as well as rebooting the phone.

Then all you should need to view the phones info on the computer is to connect it to the computer via USB cord and view the phone info through a folder, like any computer file would be.
