Unable to use bittorrent

I am using free version of hotspot shield. I use bittorrent. If VPN is disabled, it works perfectly.

But, when it is , I am unable to use bittorrent. It says " no incoming connection" ( yellow triangle icon on right corner)

Please help what to do, cause I need to use bittorrent, and without hotspot shield, my data card does not work.

Please help me..

Note: I didn't found anything about torrents in PRIVACY. So, if it is not allowed, forgive me. If allowed, then please help

Sounds like hotspot is not port forwarding, "google hotspot shield port forward"
