Hi, five years ago I came onto these boards asking a question. The question was unfortunately locked, but I believe it's still quite relevant. You see; I never was able to fix my problem, but it's not just me. There are multiple people questioning the same thing; How do I fix my reversed directional audio? My left is your right, my right is your left. I can't link the thread annoyingly because of anti-spam filters.

Interestingly, I have gone across multiple computers, multiple headsets in those past six years. Nothing has been able to fix my problem; Not without using software such as Equalizer APO to reverse the audio channels. I don't want to talk about this as while it is technically a solution, it doesn't fix the underlying cause; Which I believe is an undiscovered medical condition affecting our brain.

I posted this Youtube video six years ago. (Privated which reset the upload date, then publically uploaded again) NOTE: Can't link due to anti-spam filters. Youtube channel is Sharples. Title is; "Reversed Directional Sound While Gaming. Hope this doesn't break advertisement rules; But it is evidence of on-going issues.

Have a look at all the comments in that Youtube video, you will clearly see I'm not alone in this. I firmly believe now that the evidence gathered in the comments isn't just a one of with people having broken/reversed headsets, but that of a trend of people who are also in the same group as me.

I find this fascinating as we could be looking at a new medical discovery in the years to come; Or if somebody would like to point to an existing condition fitting these descriptions; I would be glad to read through it.

Have you sought professional medical help to confirm and document this condition?
No. It's nothing serious really, just thought it'd be interesting to publish since I have people on my Youtube comments coming every couple of months or so talking about the same issue.
