Unknown FPS Display will not go away

Yesterday, when I launched Tyranny, there was a strange and obtrusive FPS display in the bottom right hand corner of my screen. I uninstalled/reinstalled today, and the display was still there. There are no FPS displays active on my computer in Task Manager, or even on my computer at all. I fiddled around with settings in steam and nvidia, and, after asking a friend who had never seen it before, I don't know how to get rid of it. How do I get rid of this thing so I can enjoy my game?
