Unknown laptop fan noise

I have a hp omen ax-250tx. Its around 10 months old. For some reason sometimes the fans start to move in full speed. I cleaned the fan passage and the fans but nothing was noteworthy except for little dust. Then also the problem remained. The cpu temperature is around 33°C at idle state and I don't see any running process either in linux or window. Any help here??

it could be also from the sata mechanical drive in that laptop. it will make clicking noises if there is a damaged platter. its a sign that your hard drive may fail soon.

The SMART test shows the hdd is in "good" condition

i said "may fail". some drives have "normal" clicking noise to realign reading the disk platter it doesnt mean there are bad sectors. sorry if i mentioned that. i am not familiar with the drive in there tho. you can remove the HDD from your laptop and try turning it on to confirm it is from the HDD itself.
