Unlock computer

When I turn my computer on there is a window that wants my password and I cannot remember what it is. They tell me my computer is locked. I an by pass by liking ok, but it is very annoying. hAS NT BEEN LIKE THIS LONG JUST HAPPENED. hOW DO i DELETE THIS WINDOW ? i AM THE ONLY person who uses this computer.
