Unlock overclocking for oem motherboards?

I have an HP D5200t and I would like to know if I can unlock overclocking for the board.

You computer likely does not have the BIOS options that will allow for overclocking.

Overclocking branded items is not give full option in bios also oc is limited.for extreme oc is only done by assembled system.
