Unlock privacy password

How to removed the privacy security password in my volte 1 android phone I already follow the instructions and pressed the EMMC button to wipe all the factory data but when it starts it still required the privacy password it still there,,,, waaahhhh can u plz help me,,, think you

The only way to fix it is to put in you privacy password.
