well, got my clamp phone(lol) got my healthy acer laptop, and I have 800 bucks to spend. Do I want a new volatile laptop and fancy phone? no

Well, people who want to spend an effective 600 bucks on a laptop.

I don't think I'd mind choosing a Dell for a cheap computer if I needed a phone too- since the Streak is, apparently, a decent phone- I'd just buy the Streak and a laptop at 800 and accept that I bought a Dell Streak 5 at the full price of 450 and a laptop that's only really worth 350 in the first place.

Dell is awesome. For us, Dell has been serving us for years without a single problem. True, they had problem in the past, but they are much better than most of those new brands and Dell is redeeming itself.
This is an awesome deal for those who are in the market to buy a laptop.
