Looking for some help on this one!
I have a Dell Latitude laptop from my previous works as they were upgrading to a different make, it is corporate domain locked so can only get into boot menu, settings menu and Troubleshooting menu (shift + restart) however there is no factory reset option here (nor anywhere else that i can find). I cannot log on as no longer with company so only options mentioned above available. It runs on Win 10 pro so tried copying Win10 64 bit from Windows website onto USB and starting laptop (changed booting sequence) but all to no avail, any suggestions on how to resolve issue?
