if you can get away with overclocking through the fsb I reccomend it because not only is it easier/safer for someone who is not that experianced but a higher fsb means more speed. lots more speed.
smurf A- I saw you leave with smurfette
smurf B- oh man as soon as we got out of the bar she started smurfing me
smurf A- shut the smurf up
smurf A- right in the smurfing pariking lot?
With the Athlon XP based on the Palimino core you only have to fill the gaps between the L1 bridges and the reconnect them again.
With the T-bred A and B most times the L1 bridges are factory unlocked and the CPU multiplier can be changed. If not close the last L3 bridge.
Motherboards based on the KT400 chipset automatically unlock T-breds even if the last L3 bridge is open.
My PC eats so much money that I'm in 'desperate' need of it to buy PC3500 RAM, help Svol with his OC project!
--- PM me for information.
Does this mean that the new AOpen AK77-8XN board I just bought will allow me to change the multiplier on the new XP2400 that I just ordered without having to bridge the L1-L3 connection?....🙂
