unlocking tha 2400+

my Athlon XP 2400+ is locked . i got it OC @ 2162.6 mhz 166x13 w/ retail HSF. can i unlock it to get lower multip x than tha x13 ? im stuck here . its stable 10 hrs of Prime95. my vcore 1.66-1.73 my ram is DDR266 generic running at 332.6 mhz. tha system runs fine but if i notch tha fsb up anymore then it wont reboot .

1 ) Biostar m7ncd Pro ver 1.1 , nVidia nForce2 Ultra 400/MCP,Socket A, 6-CH Audio,LAN,Overclocking FSB400,3DDR ATA-133,USB 2.o,AGP8x,ATX. 2 ) im not sure what tha Default FSB is ! i think when i first booted tha sys. up it was 133 x Default which i think it is x15. but as im typing this i'v got it at 172 x 13 =2239.mhz (locked) retail HSF , Vcore is still 1.68 i have not changed it yet since i'v been up'ing my FSB. idle@ 40 loaded@ 56 w/ 2 hr's of Prime95 running. i got DDR266 but now my Bio's says its DDR400 system bus 344.mhz , & its say'n that my Processer is a 2700+, but as of tha RAM i also havent ajusted anything on it.
