Unresponsive, Choppy Audio, and Video

I just recently purchased a HP laptop from someone on craigslist and noticed a problem with it. Whenever I'm watching videos whether it's Youtube or various other sites my video is choppy and unresponsive, along with the audio.

I checked too see if any unknown programs were using CPU usage, scanned the laptop for viruses, and uninstalled programs that I don't use. I'm assuming it's a driver related issue, but I'm not sure; it's a AMD graphics card.

How exactly do i uninstall the graphics driver and let windows update a new one for me?
