Will this work in my computer? My PC supports BD and BD-Live (well pretty much everything BD-related as of it's manufacturing date in 2010).

The whole "digital copy" stuff is just wrong kinds of bad.
BD is digital enough for me, just get rid of the copy protection so we can copy what we want!

the majority of people are to stupid to know how to work a re encoder, digital coppy is generaly faster and an easier option to the alternatives.

also, isnt the copy protection easy enough to strip out that if you realy want to you can do whatever you want with it?

Um this is just stupid, really. Yes you've bought that Blu-ray movie for your 1080p TV, but why the hell would you watch the same bloody movie on a 3.8" screen? When does anybody have that much free time to watch a movie when they only have their phone with them - for a movie that they already saw on a better screen? After you see a movie once, are you really going to watch it several more times to get your moneys worth out of the purchase? How does it make you feel that those dusty DVD's in your old collection probably won't get touched anymore now that you've watched BD in all of it's 1080p goodness? What happens to your BD "investments" once something new comes out?

As much as I like my own home theater system too, the price of HD PPV movies and Blu-ray rentals is steadily climbing, and for less than a couple of bucks more I can see it day-one of release at the movie theater with a massive screen and infinitely better sound system, instead of waiting 6 months to a year to come out on satellite and BD. And no - I don't buy food at the snack bar.

Nowadays, my set gets used for mostly just gaming and network TV shows.

ok im confused...the first time this is available?? i have 3 different digital copied movies on my galaxy S as i write this...so whats new here?

@ Joytech 22:

I have the pocketblu app and a bluray drive along with PowerDVD 10 (plays Bluray) and through wifi I can use my epic 4g to control the application. So yes your PC does count as a wifi enabled player

I think it likely the requirement is a "network/internet" connected disc player, not necessarily a "Wifi" connected disc player. There are ethernet jacks on many of these players.

I have been stuck in airports for 24+ hours and still never thought watching a feature length movie on my phone was a good idea.

Again, another article rife with grammar issues and misspellings.
enjoy ever pixel out of that 1080p encode
Ever needs to be every, and encode needs to be encoding
Sadly, there still requires
You need to restructure this somehow. It just doesn't make sense as is.

Again I say, proofreading keeps you from looking like an idiot.

Lacking in arrogance also happens to keep you from looking rude.

Another good reason to continue with piracy. No stupid trailers, No ads, just the movie that you can move around where you want without having to go trhough stupid procedures...

You'd wanna watch out when you buy stuff from these people who put those posts up above, because if they can not afford to pay for real adds then you know your gonna be buying dirt cheap gear or fake gear...
