Since I don't know what gpu your are referring to I can only give a generic answer - If it's a dedicated gpu ( note: not soldered into the motherboard meaning that the dedicated gpu is a part of the motherboard), then there might a possibility to upgrade it but you have to see what from factor the dedicated gpu has.

You have only an integrated gpu (Intel HD graphics) which is a parrt of the cpu meaning that you can't upgrade the gpu.

Before I begin to advice I would like to know if you need a portable gaming device or will the device be on the desk? what's the budget?

Sorry you cant upgrade graphics card in your laptop as user above insisted ,u have intel hd graphics which is soldered on board .Best option will be to build a gaming cpu for 600$ you can build a desktop cpu which will support any upcoming games for 3-4years just for 600$ and it can even further be expanded .if you go for a laptop it will be 1400$ for a high end gaming laptop .

You can buy an upgraded motherboard with an AMD Radeon i think 6670 HD or 2670 HD from dell, you can also upgrade processor to such as an i7
