upgrade motherboard and cpu 645 toshiba

I want to change out motherboard and cpu processor in my toshiba sattelite m645

That is a laptop. You might as well start over with a new laptop.

Very few laptops allow the cpu to be upgraded. Are you sure that your laptop is one of them? I don't think it is possible to replace the motherboard of a laptop though.
