First, does it run the games you want at the settings you want? If not, upgrading RAM and the drive won't make it run faster. If it does run the games you want how you want it, likely an SSD would make the system feel faster overall, if the RAM is a single stick, dual 8 GB sticks will make it a bit faster also.
