Upgrade to HD558 or PC360?

I currently have a pair of Sennheiser HD518's and am looking for an upgrade in sound as well as something with a mic. My current options:

-Keep HD518's and buy a Mod Mic
-Buy/upgrade to HD558 and buy a Mod Mic
-Buy a pair of The G4me PC 360's

I AM planning on buying an audio card, but I can't decide on an Asus DGX or DX. I know the DX has noticeably better sound but lacks an onboard amp like the DGX.

Will sound be much better on HD558's opposed to 518's and are the PC360's that much better?

Will use for mostly gaming and some for music (lossless files)

Consider the Creative Z series card, good gaming card plus includes a great mic. The onboard amp is good(for a sound card). I just find the Creative's have better positional audio than the Asus cards.

Creative has been under a lot of fire lately, the Majority says Asus sounds better at the same price point. But the Creative Cards include a mic?

The Z series does. And if you look around enough there are plenty of complaints about Asus too and sound cards in general.
