Upgrading Acer Aspire 5920G

Hey, I have a laptop that I have owned for a long time now, and the time came to upgrade, its an Acer Apire 5920g, I want to upgrade it, there are 3 things that I think I should be able to do, being an experienced desktop builder, it should be quiet easy. I have a couple questions, is it possible to upgrade hard drive to ssd, is it possible to add more ram (possible 8) and is it possible to update the graphics card on it, like from 8600m GS to HD4670?
