Upgrading Inspiron 1545

Hi,
I'd also like specific details of CPUs and HD drives that are available/compatible.
Having trouble finding a T9600 or T9800 processor available in Aus.
Also not sure which 120GB or larger drives would fit the Inspiron 1545,
