Upgrading notebooks RAM

Hello.
My cousin has Toshiba Satellite L300-11Q notebook, and I'm thinking about upgrading the RAM.
But I started thinking, what will it give ?
The main goal, was to improve performance, so some games can run better, like Minecraft, Don't Starve and WoW.
Will RAM upgrade will improve performance ?

I disagree with you.
Integrated GPUs use system memory(RAM). So, if I will have more system memory, then I will be available to give more memory to the GPU, but this games ask for system memory, more then GPU memory.
