I have dell Inspiron N5010 core i3 370M. I want to upgrade the processor to i5 or even i7. Is it possible to to do that?

While I believe that particular laptop -- but am not positive given the poor state of documentation -- has a CPU that can be upgraded, I believe that the i5 M 480 is the fastest CPU you can use with this. In which case, you'll have to decide if obtaining the CPU and taking it apart is worth the 15%-20% improvement you'll get.
