my problem is kind of similar, infact, my usb 3.0 port was working perfectly fine untill, i bought an external keyboard, which my windows 10 couldn't recognize, so I tried to fix it by uninstalling/reinstalling or updating all usb drivers, so after I did that, its ''then'' my usb 3.0 port stopped working. I don't think there is any hardware issue, but still i can't fix it. And yes that port is importent for me!
