USB boot option problem

I tried to repair my laptop and now i can't reinstall windows.

My laptop is an ASUS F552C model.
I had windows 8.1 and i end up in this possision:

http/

Any suggestions?
I think i need to put usb in boot priorities, but i cant, i think i need to change the user access level from user to administrator.
Can someone help me?

No its not..I have all the papers from my laptop
I bought it in 2014
Where exactly can I find the password ?
Like where is it written?

Check in bios if administrator password is installed besides user password, in this case I cannot help you retrieve it since as I understand it you chose the password when it was first booted up when new.

The error code you are seeing means boot configuration is corrupted. You need to contact Asus support since you have proof of purchase you should get somewhere.

However these are commands that may fix your issue when you use usb or cd/dvd to boot up and do a system repair

In command prompt type the following and press enter after each command

Bootrec /fixmbr
Bootrec /fixboot
Bootrec /scanos
Bootrec /rebuildbcd

I can't escape bios, how can I enter command prompt?
And I typed the password?...isn't it typed in the manuals or something?
