Solved! USB microphone Won't detect And won't re install

So I had this Microphone (USB) And I have windows 10. When i was doing work and was in my zoom class my teacher said "(my name) Please present your work" and i spoke and the teacher said "why are you not talking?" I had my mic unmuted. so i deleted my Microphone driver and I accidentally Deleted the device it self and it won't detect it please help this is a Dell XPS Laptop.

I am guessing you rebooted the system during this right? Test it on another computer.
Also if you are on a laptop it should have a mic built into it, you can use that if the USB one is bad.
