Question Usb port strange behaviour

For one of my USB 3.0 ports windows showing error code 43 in device manager when nothing is inserted in it and when I insert usb drive in it the usb error from device Manager goes away and usb port reads data from usb drive perfectly. When I again pull the drive out from usb port the error pops up again in device Manager. Please suggest.
Machine: Dell Precision M4800
OS: Windows 10

Hi, Thanks for your response. No socket is not moving.

1. I tried with a USB Mouse it didn;t work and same USB error 43 displaying in device manager
2. I tried with WD Passport Drive, drive properly worked all read/write operations performed and USB error 43 vanished from device manager.
3. I tried Kingston USB flash drive it wasn't mounted on Windows but USB error 43 vanished from device manager.

Please see attached snapshots with and without USB error 43.

Please let me know if further information required.
