Hi!
This is my first post on this forum, so hello to everyone and thank you
I have an issue with my laptop (Lenovo Z50-70): some days ago I plugged in a powered USB hub to the computer, and just after that it shutdown and nothing happened after a few minutes, when I was able to turn it on again.
Now both USB port attached to the motherboard do not work: they are recognized in either Windows and Linux but they don't receive any power, so when I connect something to them they just don't work. However, the other USB port that is in an independent board with the audio jack and SD card reader works.
I notice that when macOS starts (Hackintosh) it shows that the USB ports have an overcurrent: "AppleUSBHostPort::interruptOccurred: overcurrent detected".
Maybe it was a shortcircuit?
So I don't know what to do to fix it. Maybe it's something physical and these two USB will not work anymore, or can I just clear the CMOS by removing the BIOS battery, or what? Any clue?
Thank you so much in advance for your help!
