USB Powered Rosewill Headset Picking Up Sound From Headphones

Whenever I watch Youtube or do anything that uses audio, if I have it at a certain level my friends hear the audio from it poorly, but noticeably. Is there anyway I can fix this?

- Hock it on eBay and get something that works.
