gotta love when ppl shell out $100 for something to replace a tiny bit of know-how (history, recent documents). Besides, I'll bet it can't scan images in encrypted archives, which is probably when a kid with the type of parent who'd spend $100 for this port detector drive would hide theirs.

and lol @ the fact that it hunts down images but cant do anything about video. i'm pretty sure that format has caught on for porn.

Who looks at porn pics anymore? Videos FTW! I mean, with dial-up virtually a thing of the past, downloading and streaming is so much more...well, more effective for that purpose (not that I'd know lol), if that's what you're looking for.

$100 do find the multi-gig folder called "homework" hidden 6 levels into a random folder that contains nothing else? Nah, I think I can find that on my own...

Besides that, there is market for this? Are these parents just illiterate with computers or lazy? Though this is a bit late in the day of streams... Any child knowingly disobeying their parents and looking at porn is miles ahead of being able to avoid this kind of tech...

I get the feeling this will be used more by suspecting spouses then anyone else. For $100, the limitations are to much. Pictures only and I'd be willing to bet it can't scan archieves, etc. There are better ways to hide/find porn then this. The difference is you have to know how.

- Space Monger is a great way to find files (free)

Type in a search window words like: pu**, Fu**, whor*, slut, coc*, bukake, girls, MILF, etc... that'll work.

If you kid is hiding his porn that good... let him keep it. 😉

No one seems to realize, this can also be used to find LOST pictures and such. Also, if it finds the pictures, it's quite likely you store most of your collection in one place or close to that so all you'd have to do is just follow the path to the glory ho- folder and ta-da! You'll have all your pics and vidyaz thar. So then you can be all like "Dayum, I forgot I had this stuff..." or it could make you cringe because you had some odd fetishes back in the day but that's a different story...
