Usb tethering option on my phone

I used to have an option to usb tether on my phone when i connected by usb to my computer but the option is gone now? How do i get the option back on my phone? It is included in my plan and I have used it before but it just vanished!! PLEASE HELP! THIS IS THE ONLY WAY TO DO MY ONLINE COLLEGE COURSES!!

Tap your Apps square and go to Settings. Click on WiFi then find More Networks.and Tethering is one of the options.
