Usb to HDMI fix for broken port?

I have a ps4 with a broken HDMI port and i dont have the $100 to get a repair. My question is if I can use a USB to HDMI adapter to display video on a tv with a wokring HDMI port. I would plug the USB into the system usb ports, and then use this adapter to plug a HDMI cable between the two devices. Would this work or is this not a solution.

No you can't, USB to HDMI is an external video card, you need to load drivers for it to work. Can't do that on a PS4.
