Usb wont work

Hello,
My USB Ports won't Work for my mouse or any mouse but they work for a speaker but not the mice can you tell me why??? i have not poured anything on there.

hmm it may be comthing wrong software wise. it sound like the USB ports are working because usully speakers use USB ports just for power
