Use Dell XPS 13 (9370) monitor as an external display.

Is it possible to use the 4k panel on Dell XPS 13 as an external display for my PS4? Does USB type C have HDMI in and out functionalities? of course it does HDMI out but does anyone know if it supports HDMI in.
