use the mouse and type at the same time

i have a dell laptop latitude e6410 and cant use the mouse and keys at the same time

Here are some troubleshooting steps that may help.
- First is to search for Mouse.
- Next is to click on Device Settings tab in Mouse Properties window.
- Click on the Settings button then click the expand for Pointing, then expand for Sensitivity.
- Select PalmCheck then move the bar in the upper right windows down to minimum.
- Click Apply and OK then test it again.
