Hello. Would using a 180W power adapter that came with this laptop cause it to be unable to boot?

I have tried reseating the RAM,WLAN and Bluetooth modules,didn't work;
I tried holding power for 2 minutes with it unplugged,nothing;

Notes: It did not come with a battery. Asus F3S

Have you tried a secondary display? If that doesn't work you have a broken laptop on your hands.

Well thats not the real adapter.
It has a 65w 19v 3.42A adapter. If you plugged it in with that 180w and it had the wrong voltage and such you have a high chance that the laptop got fried.

On the underside of the laptop where i saw the model, it said +19V 4.74A,90W. And the adapter states 19V at 9.5A

I forgot to mention the laptop turns on,hdd and dvd drives make noise,i hear the Asus boot sound but no display

When you bought it was it said to be working with that adapter? Also are there any light on it that go on when the adapter is plugged in? I think that either the adapter is the issues or the laptop got fried.
