As we have no way to verify you are the actual owner of the system in question, we can't help you. It is a violation of the Tom's Forums rules to assist users with bypassing security measures.

You should not have forgotten something you would need every time you used "your" computer.

Contact Acer for help and be prepared to provide proof of ownership.
 
I think OP may mean start fresh as in reinstall OS. We can help with that. However, more info is needed- what media do you have, what model of laptop is it. Also note that all data will be wiped out if you reinstall your OS and choose to format the drive.
