Using a USB headset with audio jack headphones

I'm currently using a USB headset but was hoping to use the computer's standard audio jack so another person can listen in. As it stands, it doesn't allow the audio channel to get through to the headphones and I was hoping it would be possible to get that set up. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

More than likely your system is using realtek's audio drivers, if you can pull up the audio manager (usually an icon is present in the bottom right tray if using windows). You can tell your system to split audio to multiple channels or outputs (not sure of the exact wording). Do a little poking around and google searching and you should be able to accomplish what you want.
