Hi, so I had to buy this USB sound adapter, because my headset has a mic and audio wire, though my PC only has a jack for the audio:
When I plug in the mic and audio wires in the adapter, I have noticed that my bass totally disappears on every single sound. What could be causing this and how to fix it? I am using Windows 8.1, SteelSeries Siberia v2 headset and a Dell Inspiron 3542.
