Using app installed in my Hard disk with my SSD fresh Windows installation.

Hello guys,

As I wrote in the title, I've installed a fresh Windows 7 OS in my new SSD and I want to use the app installed before in my HDD, it's possible to do without reinstalling them?

no. You have to re-install them. The OS doesn't know the apps even exist - until they're installed by the OS.

If I reinstall them with the OS in the SSD but in the HDD Location, they will work?

yes. when it asks where to install, just chance it from the C(OS) drive to whatever drive the HDD is

Either if they are already installed? Just to don't waste time

With some apps it can work. I was able to use Teamspeak when i installed onto a new ssd with teamspeak being on my hdd. But may as well re-install to the hdd again just to be safe

Yeah for example the Corsair app for the keyboard didn't worked so I've to reinstall it.
I'll give a try, thanks all for the answers
