According to both Netflix and Samsung, the problem is the headphones are no longer communicating with the apps, and there is no fix for that. The headphones were working fine up until a week ago, until all of a sudden they weren't. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Do the headphones work properly with your phone?
If they don't then the problem is the headphones.
If they do the the problem is in the TV. You could try an external BT transmitter that might work better than the built in bluetooth.
Hope the headphones and TV are still under warranty.
Neither are under warranty and I only use the headphones while watching TV, never for the phone. Regular cable TV works great, it's only the apps I can't get the headphones to work with. I ordered an external BT adapter so hopefully that will solve this problem, but according to both Samsung and Bose, it probably won't.
