I have a dell laptop, windows 8.1. I am using an external Microsoft ergonomic keyboard. When I type 123, for example, it comes out 122222233333. When I type now, it comes out nooooooo, and the w is missing. Have tried to adjust repeat delay and repeat rate with no success. Thank you in advance for any suggestions!

Did you try using another keyboard? Does it do the same thing?
