Using laptop battery for making a mobile charger dock

Hi All,

This is my first post, so please let me know if there are any mistakes.

I have a spare laptop battery which I wanted to use it to make mobile charger dock for charging my mobile and tablet when I'm traveling.

The battery specs are:
Laptop : HP DV4
Voltage: 10.80V
Capacity: 47Wh

I wanted to have a USB port(5.0V) and a pin with 12.0 V with 1.5A for charging my Xoom.

My areas of unknown in this are:
- Pins of the laptop battery(which I am not able to find out through google)
- Voltage switcher( for 10.8 V to 12V and 10.8V to 5V)
- USB port and Xoom charging pin availability

If anyone has good idea of these power related stuff, Can you let me know is this possible?
