Utok 900Q tablet wont turn on, wtf?

My mom bought me a tablet for my birthday and i have used it only two days, with plugging the charger the whole days. Today is the third day, and it shows the Quad Core logo, the Utok loading screen, and after its loaded, a white battery charging on a black screen just pops up. Then the tablet restarts and does the same thing. And this is how it does like 12 times today...
I tryed to close all the applications in the background, but nothing.
I tryed to turn on both the volume and power button, NOTHING.

I didnt even plug off the charger, pls help me!

Btw this time it showing a killed Android with the text *no command*. It booted twice but it restarted quickly. I GOED TO CORA AND REPLACE THE DEAD TABLET. But i will ask the chat anyways...
