Vaio All in one Desktop

Hello

I have a vaio all in one desktop ,model number JS230J ,got blue screen and system shut off ,when tried to turn it back on ,will not turn on,no power lights.

power supply tested good ,lighting up ,getting 19v ,powers up similar desktop.
tried removing Ram,HD and power it up ,still will not power up.
when plugging the power supply ,fans move for a second,thats all ,nothing lights up.tested power connector and the DC jack ,its getting power .

tried contacting Sony via email ,got no reply

any idea ? any help will be apreciated

Sounds like an HD issue, was it the normal blue screen thing? what did it say on it, any error messages on the black screen when it boots? Does it do anything other than fans for a sec when it boots, you said no lights, but the fans come on? little more details pls?

thanks for replying ,bluescreen was 0x000000d1 ,I looked it up. desktop is not powering up ,period.power supply powers up another same model desktop.
fans move for a sec and thats it ,power switch ,I had it tested ,its fine.
