Hello,
if i have a droid i got from my job and they let us keep it, how can i make the phone capable for someone else to use, if i want to give it to them?

Deactivate it, give it to someone. Have that someone transfer his / her current phone # to the deactivated Droid, then re-activate. If that person does not have a $30 data plan, then it must be added.
