Verizon mobile im questions

I recently found the Mobile IM on my verizon phone. I wanted to save an important conversation that I had so I went to options and clicked on "save conversation". Now I have no idea where to find it.

I just had same issue. Select the options within mobile im. Then Preferences. You should see the conversation.
