Verizon wireless quick fix

We received a new modem - D-Link replacing on old Westfall VersaLink. In order to install the new one, I would rally appreciating talking to someone live to walk me through it. Is this possible? Also, do I need to have both computers up and running to install the new modem? Where do I type in the SSID and WPA? I really would like support in installing as I amnot tech savvy.
