Hello I have a problem - most of my games run at around 15-50fps max.Sometimes (very rarely I have 120 in games like World of Tanks - which is a lot) but after few "alt tabs" fps are reduced to ~30fps.

Specifications: MSI GE70 2OC
-i5-4200m 2.5ghz
-16 GB of ram
-Geforce GT 750m 2gb
-Windows 7 64bit
-system rating 5.9 by Windows (graphics 6.6)

What have I done
-updating bios
-changing thermal paste at processor and GPU
-exchanged cooling fan for a new one + cleaning laptop from dust
-various anti malware
-new drivers
-different settings in Nvidia settings.
-had even formatted system not long ago.
-used programs like game booster.

Here are some screenshots of HWmonitor.speed fan, after using like 2h of CPU
I have been trying a lot of things, and I am out of clue what can I do more.

A laptop will usually have an option to run on integrated graphics to save battery when not
plugged in.
Possibly your settings are giving you integrated and not discrete graphics.

On the desktop right click and select the nvidia control panel.
Look at manage 3d settings.
You will see an option to use discrete or integrated graphics.
Auto may not be doing what you want.
Select high performance discrete graphics.
Some laptops have a physical switch to manage this.

With settings at Nvidia control panel I have already set up properly everything(.
Disabling integrated graphic(in windows) card helped a little "when I start playing a game (CS:GO) I had 200fps but after 1 min it lowered to ~50fps.
I wanted to disable it in BIOS but don't have an option like this. When I did it in Windows my screen blackouted. After a reset Windows enabled integrated graphics.

-I have tried different power adapters(Living in UK), other charger (from ASUS) and there is no difference.
-I had an issue - starting a game without battery = instant turn off of the laptop.Have been playing for a year without a battery and everything was fine.
